Julio “Lil’ Cesar” Rivas – President
Julio “Lil’ Cesar” Rivas is an original B-Boy dance pioneer. At 5’1, Lil’ Cesar is one of the biggest and most influential names in Hip Hop. Born in war torn El Salvador, Lil’ Cesar escaped and found his way to the inner city streets of Los Angeles. There he discovered the dance form that would change the direction of his life. Lil’ Cesar has performed on stages all over the world, including Buckingham Palace for the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Concert in 2002. He has traveled extensively across the United States and over 37 countries in Europe, Asia, and Australia, performing alongside artists such as Paul McCartney, Phil Collins, Ricky Martin, Doris Roberts, Ray Romano and Jason Alexander. He has appeared in many TV shows, documentaries, films and books. His image has graced newspaper covers, magazine covers, and commercials, including The Gap, Honda, the Iowa and the California State Lottery. Lil’ Cesar has choreographed, coordinated, and danced in videos for Janet Jackson, R.E.M, Run DMC vs. Jason Nevans, and Fat Boy Slim. He has performed live with Madonna, Kurtis Blow, Exhibit, Melle Mel, Lenny Kravitz, Soul Train and Britney Spears, as well as appearing on the Tonight show with Jay Leno. In 2007, the city of Seoul, Korea gave Lil’ Cesar a Hall of Fame award naming him a “Living Legend” in recognition of his “unrelenting dedication” and his “gift of inspiration to the global Hip Hop youth community.” On Human Rights Day in 2003, the Youth for Human Rights International gave Lil’ Cesar an award for “Dedication to Peace and Human Rights” in accord with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In 2000, he received the “Innovator Award” for lifetime achievement in Hip Hop dance at the Hip Hop Dance Awards. In 1997, Lil’ Cesar received an award for his “Outstanding Hip Hop Skill” from “The Wake-Up Show” on 92.3 “The Beat” in Los Angeles. Lil’ Cesar has dedicated his life to serving God and his beautiful family, as well as to leading the youth of today out of hopelessness and into a better tomorrow.

Norma E Umana - Secratary

Norma E Umana – Secratary
Norma Umana is a graduate of Los Angeles City College. For the past five years she has built a strong career in the area of financial planning. Mrs. Umana has helped her husband build their business. She has worked for six years as an Administrative Assistant for a non-profit organization. Mrs. Umana dedicates a lot of time to various community-based volunteer events and projects as well as her family. She is currently working on her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a certificate in Human Resources. 

Lidia Soto Castro

Lidia Soto Castro
Lidia was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia and came to the United States of America in 1963. By 1966 she had completed the naturalization process and became a U.S. citizen. Mrs. Soto Castro then began focusing on her education and graduated from Cal State Northridge University with a degree in Business Administration (BS 1978). While juggling her academics, working and being a mother to her son, she managed to find time to be a soccer coach to her son’s team in Malibu, for 7 years. It was during this time period that Lidia made the extraordinary personal discovery of her unconditional commitment to making a difference in the quality of life, not only with children, but with families and all human beings. In line with her new found commitment, Lidia became the Controller of a Division of the Motherhood Maternity Co. and was invited to go to a seminar with Landmark Education where she was empowered to put her commitment in action. This seminar had a profound affect on Lidia and she went on to become a very successful Program Leader with this world class organization, Landmark Education. Currently, Lidia is the CFO and a Senior Consultant for CSL Consulting, Inc., an international business consulting firm that works in different parts of the world with companies such as British Petroleum, Ecopetrol, TELACU, Wood Group, Equion, Petro Bras. CSL’s mission is to empower organizations to produce extraordinary results, and as a consequence, elevate the quality of the performance and lives of their employees, their families and to be in contact with the difference they make with the country and the world

Rod C. Spence

Rod C. Spence
With over 2 decades of production experience and 3 Emmy Nominations, Rod C. Spence has shown excellence in all of his creative endeavors. Spence was the Executive Producer, Creator and Showrunner of the reality series, Extreme Expeditions: Model Behavior (New Line Television) and one of the top editors in reality television, having been nominated for an Emmy in 2003, 2002 and 2001 for his work on CBS’s hit show, Survivor, and a body of work that includes The Apprentice, American Chopper, Dogsin the City, Jersey Shore and Combat Missions. Rod C. Spence made his feature film directorial debut with the suspense thriller The Man Next Door in 1998, a film that went on to become the highest rented video for film distributor The Asylum with Spence being named ‘Director of the Month’ for Hollywood Video nationwide. As a writer, Spence has written or cowritten a collection of screenplays that span many genres: DIG (youth sportsdrama), Section Eight (comedy), Carny Princess (romantic/musical), Carville (period romance), The Man Next Door (thriller), Truth Or Die (action), Fiend (supernatural thriller), Triple Threat (martial arts/action), and Maynard (family). His current writing projects include three high profile scripts currently in development: a remake of Stanley Kramer’s High Noon; the sequel to Kramer’s It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World! and the remake of Kramer’s 1949 Academy Award nominated film that made Kirk Douglas a motion picture star… Champion.

Sid Segovia

Sid Segovia
At age 15, Sid’s parents divorced sending him on a journey of pain, anger, and confusion which lead him to the calling in helping the youth of our day to see that there is hope in times of despair. Sid has been working with the youth of our communities since 1987. An original participant of the 1982 community center called the Radio-Radiotron in Los Angeles, which was a major hub for the Hip Hop Community. It provided a safe haven for many of the youth, this is where it taught Sid Leadership skills, Trust, Friendship, Team Work and most importantly it helped keep him out of trouble. Sid was the assistant to the Athletic director for the City of Baldwin Park for one year. In 1999-2001 he started up Omega-Break dancers at the Baldwin Park Community center in the city of Baldwin Park, to help teach the youth the lessons he learned through break dancing. One of those youths has become a world-renowned Popping super Star and another is a Pastor today. Sid has performed his Break Dancing on TV shows such as: Hole In the Wall, Cable show Fit-TV, PM-Magazine, articles in the LA Times, performed at the LA Weekly Theater awards, Jaime Fox Celebrity Fashion show, Magazine spreads such as Spin Magazine,Teen Magazine, and Jump magazine. Sid is a graduate of the Calvary Chapel School of Ministry in Diamond Bar CA (2004) and has been in charge of the High School, Prayer and Outreach ministries. Sid has been employed with the California State Athletic Commission were he was a Supervising Inspector for all of the combative sports in CA, which includes Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing. He was responsible for regulating, enforcing the laws, helping ensure the Health and Safety of the athletes and to protect the consumers integrity. Sid is focused on serving God his country and his lovely wife Patricia and there three children. One of his main goals in life is helping the youth of the America and the World in helping them see their future and achieve their Dreams.
